Keeping up with my promise I made tons of snacks today and brought them out to Eddie’s. Not as many people were around to share them as I hoped but a few good friends stopped by to help finish off the plates. The only thing left after the hour was some hummus because it was a little heavy on the garlic for most people.
First I made a plate of a few things to share with a friend early in the day. On this plate we got; bruschetta, homemade pickles, smoked Albanian beef jerky, mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto topped with balsamic vinegar, hot sopressata with ricotta cheese, and homemade sun-dried tomato and artichoke hummus.
Red wine in the soda can to hide it from security (classy).
Then I made a mass of seven plates of food for whoever wanted some or happened to walk by.
Plate of homemade pickles and smoked Albanian beef jerky, plate of sopressata topped with ricotta cheese and marjoram, and a plate of homemade hummus.
Sardines topped with capers and lemon juice.
The fan favorite. Fried wanton raviolis.
All the half eaten plates in the grass. Blur provided by my greasy finger print on the screen post fried ravioli.

Nice, next time bring a blanket, lol
I have to say Cougs, your dedication to cooking is grand. Should of made some in Aire.
